FR3 Modeling

How should FR3 radio behavior and deployment conditions be represented so simulations and engineering evaluations use explicit, traceable assumptions?

FR3 modeling defines representations of radio channels, propagation conditions, antennas, environments, geometry, mobility, blockage, and system parameters for upper-mid-band engineering analysis. A model is an abstraction whose usefulness depends on its scope, assumptions, calibration, version, and intended application.

Why it matters: Simulation, ray tracing, emulation, and performance assessment can produce misleading conclusions when underlying assumptions are implicit or inconsistent. Governed modeling makes those assumptions visible, comparable, versioned, and reviewable.
